May Day 2026 at SZ1A Redforest – Festive Gathering for Members and Friends of R.A.A.W.G.

The Radio Amateur Association of Western Greece (R.A.A.W.G. – SZ1A) is delighted to invite all members, friends, and supporters on Friday, May 1st, 2026 to our station SZ1A, located at the beautiful Kokkinologgos (Redforest), for a special celebration dedicated to International Workers’ Day and the traditional welcoming of spring.

A day of celebration, nature, and fellowship

From the early morning hours, our station grounds will be open to all members and friends, offering coffee, treats, and the opportunity to enjoy a relaxed gathering in a truly unique natural setting.

Throughout the day, visitors will have the chance to enjoy:

  • Coffee and refreshments
  • Great company
  • Food and delicious treats
  • Friendly conversations
  • Traditional festive toasts
  • Relaxation and connection with nature

This event offers an excellent opportunity for our community members to meet in person, exchange ideas, strengthen friendships, and enjoy the beauty of the Greek countryside during springtime.
